Sula Iron & Gold plc, a multi-commodity exploration company focused on Sierra
Leone, is pleased to announce the appointment of Strand Hanson Limited ("Strand
Hanson") as the Company's financial adviser with immediate effect.

Commenting on the appointment, Nick Warrell, Chief Executive of Sula said:
