Further to the interim results announcement on 28 June 2013, Sula Iron & Gold
plc, an iron ore and gold exploration company focussed on Sierra Leone,
announces the resignation of Brian Moritz as Chairman with effect from today.
The remaining directors would like to thank Mr Moritz for his hard work and
contribution to the Company and wish him every future success.

The Company will announce the appointment of a new Chairman in due course.
