PREMIER UTILITIES TRUST PLC ("the Company")

Change of Name

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 29 April 2008 shareholders
approved a resolution to change the Company's name to Premier Energy and Water
Trust plc. The Registrar of Companies has confirmed that the new name of the
Company has been registered and a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of
Name has been issued.
