The third quarterly dividend for the year ending 31 December 2011 of 1.7p per
ordinary share will be paid on 30 December 2011 and not 31 December 2011 as
stated in the announcement on 12 October 2011.
Correction of Dividend Pay Date
Premier Energy and Water Trust PLC announced on 12 October 2011 that the third
quarterly dividend for the year ending 31 December 2011 would be 1.7p per
ordinary share. This dividend will be paid on 30 December 2011 and not 31
December 2011 as stated in the announcement on 12 October 2011. The dividend
will be paid to members on the register at the close of business on 2 December
2011. The ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 30 November 2011.
