The following information is given pursuant to the requirements of paragraph 9.6.14 R of the Listing Rules.
Victoria Muir, a non-executive director of the Company, has advised the Company that she has been appointed as a non-executive director of Schroder Income Growth Fund plc with effect from 23 May 2019.
