Dividend Declaration

Premier Utilities Trust PLC announces that the third quarterly dividend for the
year ending 31 December 2006 of 1.5p per ordinary share will be paid on 29 December 2006
to members on the register at the close of business on 1 December 2006. The ordinary
shares will be marked ex-dividend on 29 November 2006.
