Dividend Declaration

Premier Energy and Water Trust PLC announces that the fourth and final interim
dividend for the year ended 31 December 2008 of 2.85p per ordinary share will
be paid on 31 March 2009 to members on the register at the close of business on
13 March 2009. The ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 11 March 2009.
This will result in a total dividend for the year ended 31 December 2008 of
7.35p per share which represents an increase of 5.0% compared to the 7.00p per
share paid for the year ended 31 December 2007.
