Dividend Declaration

Premier Utilities Trust PLC announces that the first quarterly dividend for the
year ending 31 December 2007 of 1.5p per ordinary share will be paid on 29 June 2007 to
members on the register at the close of business on 1 June 2007. The ordinary
shares will be marked ex-dividend on 30 May 2007.
