Water Trust PLC at close of business on 09 January 2013 calculated in
accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:

Ordinary Shares - ex income 116.99p

Ordinary Shares - cum income 122.77p

Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 183.74p

The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. They are presently valued at nil.
