The Net Asset Values per share (at bid-market values) of Premier Energy and
Water Trust PLC at close of business on 30 April 2013 calculated in accordance
with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:

Ordinary Shares - ex income 159.43p

Ordinary Shares - cum income 162.43p

Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 187.30p

The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. It is presently valued at nil.
