Water Trust PLC at close of business on 22 May 2013 calculated in accordance
with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:

Ordinary Shares - ex income 172.99p

Ordinary Shares - cum income 177.98p

Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 188.02p

The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. It is presently valued at nil.
