The Net Asset Values per share (at bid-market values) of Premier Energy and
Water Trust PLC at close of business on 23 January 2013 calculated in
accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:

Ordinary Shares - ex income 122.62p

Ordinary Shares - cum income 128.67p

Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 184.18p

The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. They are presently valued at nil.
