Water Trust PLC at close of business on 14 August 2013 calculated in accordance
with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:

Ordinary Shares - ex income 160.73p

Ordinary Shares - cum income 167.22p

Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 190.78p

The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. It is presently valued at nil.
