The Net Asset Values per share (at bid-market values) of Premier Energy and
Water Trust PLC at close of business on 12 June 2013 calculated in accordance
with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:

Ordinary Shares - ex income 148.73p

Ordinary Shares - cum income 154.80p

Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 188.70p

The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. It is presently valued at nil.
