Water Trust PLC at close of business on 18 September 2013 calculated in
accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:

Ordinary Shares - ex income 145.35p

Ordinary Shares - cum income 150.28p

Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 191.94p

The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. It is presently valued at nil.
