The Net Asset Values per share (at bid-market values) of Premier Energy and
Water Trust PLC at close of business on 31 January 2014 calculated in
accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:

Ordinary Shares - ex income 161.94p

Ordinary Shares - cum income 167.78p

Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 196.48p

The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. It is presently valued at nil.
