Water Trust PLC at close of business on 04 December 2013 calculated in
accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:

Ordinary Shares - ex income 158.45p

Ordinary Shares - cum income 162.53p

Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 194.51p

The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. It is presently valued at nil.
