with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:

Ordinary Shares - cum income 208.60p

Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 200.99p

The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. It is presently valued at nil.
