Water Trust PLC at close of business on 02 April 2014 calculated in accordance
with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:

Ordinary Shares - ex income 191.02p

Ordinary Shares - cum income 192.59p

Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 198.57p

The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. It is presently valued at nil.
