The Net Asset Values per share (at bid-market values) of Premier Energy and
Water Trust PLC at close of business on 09 April 2014 calculated in accordance
with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:
Ordinary Shares - ex income 186.41p
Ordinary Shares - cum income 188.02p
Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 198.81p
The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. It is presently valued at nil.
