The Net Asset Values per share (at bid-market values) of Premier Energy and
Water Trust PLC at close of business on 23 July 2014 calculated in accordance
with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:

Ordinary Shares - ex income 196.72p

Ordinary Shares - cum income 203.97p

Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 202.46p

The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. It is presently valued at nil.
