Water Trust PLC at close of business on 10 September 2014 calculated in
accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:

Ordinary Shares - ex income 203.55p

Ordinary Shares - cum income 208.07p

Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 204.18p

The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. It is presently valued at nil.
