Water Trust PLC at close of business on 27 August 2014 calculated in accordance
with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:

Ordinary Shares - ex income 203.24p

Ordinary Shares - cum income 209.06p

Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 203.69p

The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. It is presently valued at nil.
