Notifiable Interest

The Company received notification on 20 April 2006 from Calyon that Crédit
Agricole Cheuvreux Limited has a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of
the Company of 8,094,933 shares, being 6.13% of the current issued ordinary
share capital of the Company. By virtue of section 203 of the Companies Act
1985, the following companies also have an interest in these shares:
