Shareholder Notification
The Board of Access Intelligence announce that further to the share
subscription announced on 24 September 2008, the following shareholders are now
interested in Access Intelligence ordinary shares representing total voting
rights of the Group as follows:

David Lowe, Non Executive Director 3,636,364 2.33%
These new ordinary shares were admitted to trading on AIM on 24 October 2008.
