Clear Leisure Plc (AIM:CLP), an Italian leisure and real estate investment
company, is pleased to announce the appointment of ZAI Corporate Finance
Limited as the Company's nominated adviser with immediate effect.

The Company will be restored from suspension with effect from 07:30hrs
tomorrow.
