Change in Director's Details
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Queen's Walk Investments Limited
announces that since the publication of the Company's Prospectus dated 13
December 2005, the Company has been notified of the following changes in
directorships held by its directors:
Mr Christopher Spencer, a Director, has joined the Board of Directors of Psolve
Alternatives PCC Limited and Kenmore European Industrial Fund Limited, each of
which is listed on the London Stock Exchange, and Thames River Tybourne Fund
Limited, which is listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. Mr Spencer has resigned
from the Board of Directors of Gartmore SICAV, which is listed on the
Luxembourg Exchange.
Mr John Hawkins, a Director, has joined the Board of Directors of Morant Wright
Japan Income Trust Limited, New Star Absolute Return Fund PCC Limited and Low
Carbon Accelerator Limited, each of which is listed on the London Stock
Exchange.
Mr Tom Chandos, a Director, has resigned from the Board of Directors of The
Television Corporation plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange.
