Correction : Transfer of Treasury Shares

This announcement has been amended as there was an incorrect date within the
text. The date the 10,949 shares were transferred from treasury shares for the
purpose of satisfying exercises under the Executive Share Option Scheme is 29
May 2007, NOT 25 May 2007.



Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser plc ("the Company") announces that, on 29 May 2007 the
following ordinary shares (10,949) have been transferred from treasury shares
for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Executive Share Option
Scheme:

949 ordinary shares at £8.819 per share

6,000 ordinary shares at £11.186 per share

4,000 ordinary shares at £12.760 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 4,555,469
ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury
shares) is 717,752,846.
