Release of security over shares
In accordance with paragraph DTR 3 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, RB
announces that, on 14 August 2013 it was informed by Rakesh Kapoor, Chief
Executive Officer, that Bank of America Merrill Lynch, which previously held a
charge over 239,731 RB ordinary shares of 10p each owned by Mr Kapoor, had
released this charge. These shares were at all times held beneficially by Mr
Kapoor. The transaction took place on 14 August 2013 in London.
Mr Kapoor is the beneficial owner of 317,122 ordinary shares of 10p each
(0.442% of the voting capital).
