BOARD CHANGE
RETIREMENT OF GEORGE GREENER
Reckitt Benckiser plc announces that George Greener, a non-executive director,
decided not to seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held today
and has accordingly stepped down as a director at the conclusion of the AGM.
George Greener was appointed to the Board in 1996. He served on the
Remuneration Committee until February 2005 and was the Senior Non-Executive
Director between 2003 and 2005.
Adrian Bellamy, Chairman of Reckitt Benckiser plc, commented
"The Board wishes to recognise the contribution of George Greener both to
Reckitt Benckiser and formerly to Reckitt & Colman. I thank him for his
valuable contribution and wise counsel over the years on behalf of
shareholders."
