BOARD CHANGE
RETIREMENT OF PETER WHITE
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc announces that Peter White, a non-executive
director, decided not to seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
held today and has accordingly stepped down as a director at the conclusion of
the AGM.
Peter White was appointed to the Board in 1997. He served as Chairman of the
Audit Committee until November 2006.
Adrian Bellamy, Chairman of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc, commented
"The Board wishes to recognise the contribution of Peter White both to Reckitt
Benckiser and formerly to Reckitt & Colman. I thank him for his valuable
contribution and wise counsel over the years on behalf of shareholders."
