DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Further to the announcement made on 22 October 2010, Reckitt Benckiser Group
plc (RB.L) today confirms the resignation of Colin Day and the appointment of
Liz Doherty as CFO and an executive director, with immediate effect. Colin will
remain with the business until the end of March 2011 to ensure a smooth
transition.
