COLIN DAY - APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF FILTRONA PLC

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc announces
that, on leaving Reckitt Benckiser, Colin Day, currently Chief Financial
Officer, will join the Board of Filtrona plc as Chief Executive with effect
from 1 April 2011.
