DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Further to the announcement made on 17 September 2012, Reckitt Benckiser Group
plc (RB.L) today confirms the resignation of Liz Doherty and the appointment of
Adrian Hennah as Chief Financial Officer and an executive director, with
immediate effect. Liz will remain with the business until the end of March 2013
to ensure a smooth transition.
The following information is given in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13:
* Mr Hennah was an executive director and Chief Financial Officer of Smith &
Nephew plc between 2006 and 2012. He retains his non-executive directorship
of Reed Elsevier plc.
* There are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to Listing Rule
9.6.13.
