                        Investor Presentations Focus on                        
                    High Potential Organic Growth Strategy.                    

Reckitt Benckiser plc (RB.L) will today host an investor seminar in London
designed to illustrate its high potential organic growth strategy in detail.

Bart Becht, Chief Executive Officer, will present the strategy that is designed
to deliver consistent shareholder value through above industry-average net
revenue growth, consistent gross margin expansion funding marketing
reinvestment in the business, and consistent operating margin expansion all
leveraged through tight financial controls into attractive cash-backed net
income growth.

Elio Leoni Sceti, Executive Vice President, Category Development, will present
the Company's net revenue growth strategy based on focus on high growth
categories and a consistent and systematic innovation program.

Illustrating innovation, the Company announced today the launch in North
America of the Lysol Ready Brushâ„¢, a completely new toilet cleaning system
incorporating a powerful cleaning foam and a cleaning brush all in one. The
Company also set a new target for its Power Brands' program, to achieve a level
of 60% of net revenues by the end of 2006.

Alain Le Goff, Executive Vice President, Global Supply, will present the
Company's gross margin expansion plan based on mix improvement and cost
optimisation programs. The Company confirmed its previously stated target of
achieving around 80 basis points of gross margin expansion a year over the
years 2003-2005.

In conclusion, Bart Becht will address a number of common investor questions
about the Household & Personal Care industry and Reckitt Benckiser in
particular, and will confirm that the Company is firmly on track to deliver on
its recently raised net revenue and net income targets for 2003.
