Reckitt Benckiser announces pricing of US$1 billion dual-tranche senior notes
offering
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("RB") (LSE: RBL) today announced that Reckitt
Benckiser Treasury Services plc, its indirect wholly owned subsidiary ("RBTS"),
had priced its offering of US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of senior
notes in two tranches, consisting of US$500 million senior notes due 2018 (the
"2018 Notes") and US$500 million senior notes due 2023 (the "2023 Notes" and,
together with the 2018 Notes, the "Notes"). The 2018 Notes and the 2023 Notes
were offered at a price to the public of 99.342% and 98.745%, respectively.
The 2018 Notes will bear interest at a rate of 2.125% per annum, and the 2023
Notes will bear interest at a rate of 3.625% per annum. Interest on the Notes
is payable on 21 March and 21 September of each year beginning 21 March 2014.
The Notes are expected to be issued on or about 23 September 2013.
The Notes, whose net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, will
be guaranteed by RB.

The offering is being made by means of an offering memorandum. This

the Securities Act.
