Transfer of Treasury Shares
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 21 August 2013,
the following ordinary shares (80,993) have been transferred out of Treasury
for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share
Schemes/Plans:
UK Share Save Schemes:
447 Ordinary shares at £19.12 per share
154 Ordinary shares at £21.24 per share
98 Ordinary shares at £27.57 per share
61 Ordinary shares at £28.36 per share
Global Stock Profit Plan:
233 Ordinary shares at £27.99 per share
Executive Share Scheme:
80,000 Ordinary shares at £27.29 per share
Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 18,462,950
Ordinary shares in Treasury.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury
shares) is 718,072,229.
