Elsevier Acquires William Andrew Publishing
BURLINGTON, Massachusetts, January 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Elsevier, the world's

acquisition of the publishing assets of William Andrew, Inc. ("William
Andrew"). Over the last 18 months, Elsevier and William Andrew have built a
valuable strategic alliance including print distribution of William Andrew
books globally outside of North America and electronic distribution of
William Andrew content on Elsevier's globally renowned electronic publishing
platforms: Science Direct and Engineering Village.
