DIRECTORATE CHANGES FROM 30th APRIL 2013
Rightmove plc ("Rightmove"), the UK's number one property website, announces
the retirement of its Chief Executive, Ed Williams as of 30th April 2013. Nick
McKittrick, a co-founding executive along with Mr Williams and currently
Finance Director and COO, will become Chief Executive.
"Ed is an outstanding leader and we thank him for his vision and dedication"
said Rightmove Chairman Scott Forbes. "Ed, Nick and their team have guided the
Company from a simple concept, to market leadership, and on to become a
national institution as a top 10 UK website."
Peter Brooks-Johnson will become Chief Operating Officer. Mr Brooks-Johnson is
currently MD of Rightmove.co.uk. He joined Rightmove in 2006 and the Board in
January 2011. Robyn Perriss will become Finance Director. She is currently
Financial Controller and Company Secretary. She joined Rightmove in 2007 and
will join the Board as an executive director on appointment. These changes will
also be effective on 30th April 2013.

years ago to what it is today has been a privilege" said Ed Williams. "The
central role Rightmove has come to play in helping people find their next home
is a tribute to the efforts of many people over many years. I'd like to thank
Nick and everyone else at Rightmove for their commitment and enthusiasm, and
wish them every success in the future."
The Board would like to congratulate Ed for his achievements, thank him for his
efforts and wish him well.
Separately today, Rightmove plc has issued an Interim Management Statement
covering trading for the period from 1st July to 8th November 2012.
There are no additional disclosures required in respect of Robyn Perriss
pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
