Rightmove plc ("Rightmove"), the UK's no. 1 property website, announces that on
16 June 2008 it purchased 197,500 of its 1p ordinary shares at a volume
weighted average price paid per share of 330.00p. The highest price paid per
share was 330p and the lowest price paid per share was 330p.

The shares purchased have been cancelled.

Rightmove has purchased, to date 8,458,527 of its own shares since announcing a
share buy-back programme on 28 December 2007.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) at the
date of this announcement is 120,941,451. Rightmove holds 2,505,430 shares in
treasury.
