Final Dividends

A Board meeting to consider the capital and income dividends for the above
company was held at the registered address on 19th February 2015.

The rate for the Final Capital dividend is 1.80p per Capital share payable on
31st March 2015 to shareholders on the register as at 6th March 2015 (record
Date).

The rate for the Final Income dividend is 25.50p per Income share payable on
31st March 2015 to shareholders on the register as at 6th March 2015 (record
Date).

These are subject to approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting on
19th March 2015.
