Notification of major interest in shares

NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company was yesterday informed that River and Mercantile Asset Management
LLP had acquired an additional beneficial interest in 1 million ordinary
shares of 0.45p in the Company. This transaction resulted in River and
Mercantile Asset Management LLP holding 21,456,568 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 5.22% of the issued share capital of the Company after
excluding shares held in Treasury.
