Dividend Timetable
RDF Group plc (AIM: RFG), the IT services company, with offices in Brighton,
Bristol, Edinburgh and London, announces the timetable for the payment of the
dividend of 0.75p per share recommended by the Board in the Company's
preliminary results announcement released earlier today.
Ex-Dividend Date 3 September 2008
Record Date 5 September 2008
Payment Date 29 September 2008
The dividend payment is subject to approval by shareholders at the
Company's Annual General Meeting, notice of which will be posted to
shareholders in due course.
