Managed Services Business

Further to the announcement of 17 June 2008 regarding the proposed sale of its
managed services business, the Board of RDF Group PLC (AIM: RFG), the IT
services company, with offices in Brighton, Bristol, Edinburgh and London,
announces that it has decided to suspend the sale process in light of current
economic and market conditions. The Board will keep the situation under review
and notify the market of any further update, as appropriate.
