DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company has been informed that on 9 February 2007 Paul Walker, Chief
Executive of the Company, sold 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company at an average price of 270.44p per share.

Following the sale Mr Walker continues to be interested in 6,069,772 Ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company.
