                                 Board changes                                 

Following shareholder approval to convertto Real Estate Investment Trust
(`REIT') status, the Board of Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Limited is
pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Bligh as a non-executive
Director with effect from 28 April 2015.

Stephen is currently a non-executive Board Member of the Department of
Business, Innovation & Skills, and was previously with KPMG for 34 years,
specialising in the audit of FTSE 350 companies in property and construction,
transport and professional firms.

Alison Ozanne, who joined the Board of the Company in 2014, has retired with
effect from 28 April 2015. The Directors are very grateful to Alison for her
contribution to the Board over this period.
