Correction to announcement of NAV and Dividend

CORRECTION TO ANNOUNCEMENT OF NAV AND DIVIDEND FOR PERIOD TO 31 MARCH 2015

On 2 April 2015, unconditional contracts were exchanged to sell St. George's
Court in New Malden for £4 million which compared to the independent valuation
of £2.9 million as at 31 December 2014 and not, as previously stated, a
valuation as at 31 December 2015.
