Notice is hereby given that the next Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 100 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7ER on 9 September 2016 at 11.00 a.m.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, a copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2016 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM . This will also be uploaded to the Company’s website.
