Further to the announcement of the Company's results for the six months ended
30 September 2014, the Company is pleased to announce the publication of a
Supplementary Prospectus.

A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus will shortly be submitted to the
National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at
www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

The Supplementary Prospectus will also be available shortly on the Company's
