SEGRO plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2011 ("Sharesave")

On 28 April 2011, under the terms of Sharesave, the following PDMR was granted
Options to buy ordinary shares in the Company at an option price of 257.4 pence
per share. The savings contract will commence on 1 June 2011.
